I started this blog around five years ago when I needed a creative outlet, but then I got married, started new jobs and life got away from me. Back then, I struggled a lot with the name of this blog, but eventually, I came up with Blissful Entries. Five years ago, the reason I named my blog what it is for this reason: "To describe my life I would use one word--blissful. When life is going well, my life is blissful. And also in valleys, my life is blissful. I want to look at life in a way where my joy doesn't know bounds, so each day is another entry into my blissful life."
My husband and I have recently started a journey to become foster parents and maybe adoptive parents. I wanted a way to share our story with others, because as we walked through this process, I craved reading others' journeys. I then thought about my old blog, "Blissful Entries," and why I wrote it, and I realized that this applies to our life currently, so here it is!
My name is Meredith, and I married my college sweetheart Sterling in August of 2014. We love Jesus and are die-hard Baylor Bear fans. We can't wait to see what God has for us in this journey!
